My role isn’t to plug you into a cookie-cutter plan. It’s to truly partner with you—to understand your background, your physical and mental strengths, your daily routine, and what fuels your goals. From there, we build a smart, sustainable plan that fits your life—not the other way around.

I use data, yes—but I also listen. I pay attention to how your body’s responding, what you’re saying, and what’s going on outside the sport. Coaching is a relationship, not a dictatorship. You’ll feel heard, respected, and supported.
